Baileys Fruit Dip

One more strawberry post before the season is over.

I first tried this one at a party once I think…and was amazed and surprised when I found out the ingredients.

Much like the strawberry short cake recipe I posted recently, this fruit dip is sour cream based.

Baileys Fruit Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

2-3 tbs brown sugar

2-3 tbs Baileys Irish Cream

1 tub of sour cream or lite sour cream

Method:

Ahhh…mix it all together.

You can serve this dip with any fruit you like. Or you can even pour it directly into your mouth using a funnel. Whatever works for you.

Cheers, and happy strawberry season!!!

Hello Emily, my name is Lara and I’m so glad you had some Baileys on hand, one always should. We’re still waiting for the British strawberries to come out in full force.
